I wrote Visual Basic macros using Microsoft Office Professional (Excel 97).
I am trying to run those macros on a friends laptop with Office Premium
(Microsoft Excel 2000) installed. He did not receive the Windows CDs with
the purchase of the laptop.
When I try to install the Analysis Tool Pack – VBA Addin, it leads to a
process that requires data1.msi, which I don’t have. I tried to use my
data1.msi file, but it is not compatible. The system sensed the difference
between Office Professional and Office Premium. Both Office suites are
legal. Is there any source for data1.msi that I can download and use to
install the addin?
