Project 2003 Server; Having issues with team members not being able to see
status reports that they've been cc:d on. Found selection below in admin
guide, set "team member" group permissions to allow "Manage Status Reports
Request" and "View Status Report List". Removed and readded users to the
"team member" group. When users are cc:d on a status report, they get email
notification, but when following link, or going to the PWA Status Report
page, they do not see "Archive" or "Miscellaneous" in the Actions list. Only
see "Submit Status Report" and "Request Status Report"
View Status Report List is a global permission that allows a user to view
sent status reports that are stored in the Status Reports Archive in Project
Web Access, and view the Miscellaneous Reports page to view all messages that
were either forwarded to the user, not requested, or cc’d to the user. Grant
this permission to any member of your organization who needs to view
information on the Status Reports page in Project Web Access.
This permission requires that users:
• Be granted the Submit Status Reports, Create Accounts when Requesting
Status Reports, or Manage Status Reports Request global permissions
(depending on the user’s role).
