Checkin Problem in the Project Server 2007

I have not been able to checkin any new projects since I installed this
project 2007 server. I can create a project, save it, publish it but can not
close and checkin a project. Here is the error message:

The following job failed to complete
Job type: Checkin
Error ID: -2146823237(0x800A13BB)
Error Description: Attachment:Maximum retry on the connection exceeded.
Could not checkin project. Please contact your system administrator to force
checkin this project.

I have checked all the jobs in queue and they all have success status with
not stuck jobs. I can force checkin a project and then open it in project pro
2007 but if I try to save it again I get the same error message.
I already installed the all updates, SPi, Infra update. I also read the log
file but its showing nothing to me. saying "Doing full load of project" and
no error reported over their and even in event log.

The "Maximum retry on the connection exceeded" makes it sound like you are
closing Project Pro before allowing enough time for the open project to
completely close, and sync with the Server. I think you should always close
the file first and then wit to close the application until after you see that
the file has closed and all offline scheduled have been sync'd

For your reply. But this is happend with only one user. Everyone else is ok
with the stuff.

So please guide me accordingly.

Two things you can try:
**Have the user clean up cache
**Check the user permissions
