project is stuck and not checkin

Manager has opened the project . and after that administrator check-In
forcefully . But in the page of PWA (Force Check-in Enterprise Objects) still
showing in the job state column "Waiting to Be Processed"

When i try to open in project professional 2007 . it is showing read only
open.

and the same situation with other project and it is showing (Cancelled) in
the job state column .
and also can open only read only.

pls reply me soon what is the problem . how i can checkin if it is not
checkin by forcefully . and any tool or utility like "view populator" in epm
2003 .

You may need to clear the stuck job from the Queue by performing a Cancel
Jobs action, so go to Server Settings - Manage Queue then in the Advanced
Options section make sure to have the boxes checked to Cancel jobs getting
enqueued and Cancel subsequent jobs in correlation.

Then scroll through the queue jobs to find the project and select it then
Cancel Job.

If necessary you can use Job Completion States as well as Filter by to
refine the list, sometimes I Filter by Project to then find the specific one.
