clip art inserted into business card prints solid black box

I have entered clip art into a business card, it shows up fine on "Print
Preview" but when it actually prints, it is a solid black box.

What format is the image? High-resolution pictures can cause this especially if
they are a 48 bit tiff. Import the clipart into an editing program and change
the image resolution.
