Clipping hotkey dose not work.

I have office 2007 SP1. In help I see
Insert a screen clipping. Windows logo key+S

Note The OneNote icon must be active in the notification area, at the far
right of the Windows taskbar.

I never saw any icon there, and the hotkey dose not work.
By the way what is side note? Can't find anything in help file.
