"Command not available" message when invoking Out of Office assistant.

All, I've tried the fix listed in Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 823472. My installation doesn't have
that 'resiliency' registry entry. Is there some other fix
for this problem? I have an out of office entry turned on
before an upgrade by my IT staff, and now can't access the
command to turn it off. Thanks.

I know this won't solve the issue, but if you have Outlook Web Access,
you can sign in and turn the Out of Office message on/off from the
Options page.
