component not registed error 336

In word 2002 sp3 we have a macro that creates a letter specific to this
comapany.
We have recently upgraded xp to sp2 and on two machines error 336 is
generated, can anyone help or suggest a download that will fix this problem.
We have tried re-installing word but this does not help
