Cost and Actual costs disappear!

Has anyone experienced Cost fields and Actual Cost entries (i.e. non
calculated cost resource assignments) disappearing from an Enterprise Project
file following a save
and publish to project server? The data remains in Project Center Cost view
thus proving it had been saved and published properly but not in the project
file. Is there a location where I can discover all formula which may impact
on these fields?

Gary: We are at top level service pack. Further researches would indiciate
that there is a requested hotfix for this known issue. Thanks for your
interest.

Ian:

I don't understand what you mean by "top level." Service packs have numbers
1, 2, etc, and hotfixes have KB numbers and sometimes nicknames like
"Infrastructure Update." I suspect there is an existing fix.
