'Custom Enterprise Field'

I would like to create the following Custom Enterprise field that shows up
under the 'Project' entity.

Remaining Cost = [Budget Cost] - [Actual Cost]

What are the correct steps to do so?

I have created it through PWA, but when I add this field to Project Center
view it is empty. No values show up.

Please helps. Thanks.

Assuming you create the project level custom field correctly, you would then
need to go into each project via Project Professional, open in R/W, force a
re-calculation by hitting F9 and then re-publishing the project to get the
data out to PWA (Project Center)
