debug outlook error signatures

Hello i'm running office 2003 SP3 on an XP SP3 OS.
in outlook i have the following error signature
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer:11.0.8217 AppStamp:480f95d9
ModName:msvcrt.dll ModVer:7.0.2600.5512 ModStamp:4802a188
fDebug:0 Offset:00036803
It appears in different situations and restarts outlook
What can be the reason of this error and how could i fix it?
