Error Message on close down of Outlook

What would be causing the message - Outlook has encountered a problem and has
to close, please report error - each time I close down outlook?
The error report is -AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.8217.0
AppStamp:480f95d9
ModName: msmapi32.dll ModVer: 11.0.8200.0 ModStamp:472f94b0
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000144d8
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
