Display all dependencies.

Ok, after beginning to utilize the deliverable/dependency relationships for
rojects in our server (2007) I was asked if there was a simple way to display
all of the deliverables and dependencies for all projects in one form (to see
a consolidated list of the dependencies and thier perspective
deliverables)...is there a simple way to do this? I know you can display the
deliverables on the project workspace for each project but is there a way to
see all of them together and how about the dependencies? any way to see the
dependencies in the web application?

Thanks in advance,
Eric

No, it is not... I am able to see the Deliverables for a specific project on
the workspace, I would like to see the dependenices (and their relationship
to the deliverable) in one place, and if possible across all projects at
once... Ultimately I'd like to capture a list of what deliverables and
related to what dependencies. As far as I can find, I can only list the
deliverables and only in the specific project's workspace...

Eric:

Your best approach to this is to develop a report using SRS. When you say
"dependencies", I assume you mean "cross-project dependencies" as all
dependencies across all projects sounds like an incomprehensible pile of
data. If that's the case, and you don't want to go the development route,
you could probably open all of the projects (if the number of projects is
within technical reasonability - and don't ask me to quantify that) into a
temporary master project and apply some filtering to yield the subset of the
data you are looking for.

Great idea Gary but opening all projects isn't gonna work... we have hundreds
at this point... I am referring to all cross project dependencies, and we are
working on developing or data mining capabilities thruogh SRS and PSI but
it's a challenge all to itself.
