Edited guestlog.htm and now get don't have permission error

I updated a previous guestlog to a new site. Now I am getting:
You don't have permission to access
/~littlejoesanders/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/Guest book/sign_guest_book.htm on this
server.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.27 Server at home.comcast.net Port 80

I believe I kept the webbot codes correct when I was pasting.

I can see all of the old entries but get the error after I submit a new error.

Did you publish the site between server via FP's http mode?

I believe I am using the Frontpage mode. It is hosted on Comcast.net and
they support FP.

Can you post the exact steps you took?

I believe this encompasses what I did.

I had setup a "canned site" in comcast's FP editor. I wanted to migrate the
guest book entries to the new file so that I would not lose the old data. I
looked at the references which said to open the remote file copy and then
edit making sure to not erase the webbot commands. Once complete I saved and
published from remote to local. I edited in word but pasted the items to
notpad before copying into FP. I did not see the updated entries at this
point. So I synchronized which now displays the files but does not allow me
to submit new entries.

This is the code leading into the comments:
</a></p>
<hr><dl><dt><b><dl><dt><b>

This is the code at the end of the entries:
</a></p><!--webbot BOT="FormInsertHere" --></body></html>

When I look at the properties of the sign_guest_book.htm page I notice an
error:
(1) This page contains a FrontPage Save Results component that will not
function properly until you publish your FrontPage Web to a server.

So I have tried to publish but it will not clear. And on the website I can
enter comments into the form but when I hit submit I get this:
You don't have permission to access
/~littlejoesanders/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/Guest book/sign_guest_book.htm on this
server.

Hi dave,

I don't thin Comcast supports the FrontPage form to email or file method. I
have encountered other users who were unable to use their forms on comcast.
