Email auto-link not working when offline

Hi All,

We have just implemented BCM 2007 + Outlook 2007 on an SBS 2003 R2 server.
Some users email auto-link works when they are online and when they are
offline. Other users email auto-link only works when they are online.

In my case, I use two computers, one at work on the LAN and one standalone
computer at home. Both use BCM 2007 + Outlook 2007. Email auto-link works
when online and offline on the office computer but auto-link only works when
online from the home computer.

I logon as the same user on both computers. The home computer connects to
the office server via VPN. Outlook connects to the server HTTP.

Have deleted and recreated the offline database using three methods:

1) Business Contact Manager --> Offline --> Enable\disable Offline --> "Use
BCM when away from the Office" = No
2) Status --> Drop Offline Database
3) Server 2005 Express Management Console --> Delete Database

Have removed and reinstalled BCM 2007

How do I get auto-link working when offline on my home computer?

Any assistance is appreciated.
