Entourage EWS automatically changes mailserver setting when log on from inside network

Can anyone tell us why Exchange 2007 change Entourage setting.
Thanks!

Entourage is simply following the redirections instructions provided by
the server.
It looks to me like a server issue...

That would be something that you'd need to as in one of the Exchange
groups (but I would say, not that I am aware of).

Have your exchange administrator run the powershell command "Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -server [name of server] | FL"
(where [name of server] is the server name)

They will see that the entry for "ExternalUrl" listed for the server is empty, and needs to be entered (in your example "https://a.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx"). To do this, the admin will need to use the powershell command "Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory"
