Entourage (Web Services Edition) not remembering Public Folders

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Was using the "normal" version of Entourage 2008 up until about a month ago, and it was happily remembering my public folders in the Favorites Bar.

However, on upgrading - any new shortcut added to the Favorites Bar is now forgotten...

Can we have this fixed in an update please?

You need to first drag your public folder into the Public folders'
Subscribed Folders area. This makes entourage cache your messages.

Then drag the item from the Subscribed Folders area to your Favorites bar.

Does this work in Web Services Edition for you?

...only follow up would be that the number of unread emails within that folder no longer appear next to the name on the "Favorites Bar"
