Version: v.X Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: pop After restarting my MAC, I cannot send or receive email in entourage. I am asked to enter my password for the SMTP server "smtp.comcast.net." When I enter it, I get a message saying the server for account "Comcast e-mail" returned the error 5.7.0...authentication rejected."

Either bad password, or corrupted entry for the password in the Keychain.
Open the Keychain application, locate the e-mail password and delete it
so that Entourage could re-create it fresh.

PS: Oh and MAC is an acronym that means "Media Access Control". I
suspect you meant Mac ;-)
