error -18493 "Could not synchronize record: [for deleted file]"

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap Please help. I had an email with a large attachment - it would not synchronize with our Exchange server (maybe because of file size limits that we have). I managed to download the attachment anyway and then deleted the offending message and emptied it from my 'deleted messages.' its not on the server but the entourage that received it continues to generate these error messages for this record and keeps trying to sync it. But i can't find this file anywhere. How can I clear this error permanently?
