I have a user the lost all printers. He was getting the message Printer
operation cannot continue due to lack of resources. The print subsystem in
unavailable. We un-install officeXP and now we can not install it again. We
are now getting this message: Internal Error 2932 - it is mentioning the
C:\WINNT\Installer\{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}\cagicon.exe
And closes the install file. The fix microsoft says is to install using
Office 2000 SR-1 full package product which I do not have.
Does anyone have any other solutions?
