Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 -- Error 2932

Hi,

been onto the concierge service and they pointed me here,
I am trying to install Office 2003 Pro on server 2000 with Terminal
services, got all the way through to registering product and then got this
message:

Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 -- Error 2932. An internal error
has occurred.
(M:\WINNT\Installer\{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}\pptico.exe 112
)
Contact your Information Technology department for assistance.

Sadly I am the IT department, so I figured I would go several places up and
ask here

Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

Are you installing to Terminal Server/Services as an administrator? Are you installing from an Office CD or an Office Admin Point?

Is this a Trial version of Office 2003 or an Office 2003 Enterprise Edition or ? Trial Editions are not supported on Terminal
Server.

Hi Bob,

Installing as administrator and from CD the version is a full version under
a Microsoft Licence agreement.

I've installed earlier versions previously without any problems and am OK
with this install process. The message appeared during the final registration
phase.
