Error Code 42??

We install SP1 for Microsoft Office/Project 2007. Now when we lauch
MS Project 2007 we receive a "42(0x2A)" Error Code - after accepting
this message (OK) the following appears:

"Could not retreive Enterprise Global Template"

Then MS Project goes back to the initial screen after processing this
message.

Any suggestions as to what this is, or what the fix may be?
