Error message

I have a user that keeps getting a pop up message that says:

The server requested client action. Unable to find destination folder. The
folder may be deleted or in a .pst outlook could not open.

We have an exchange 2003 server.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this error message and how to make
it go away?
