Eula keeps coming back office 2003

On a new install of Office 2003 on a new computer (Vista Home Basic), the
EULA window pops up everytime I launch Word or Outlook. How can get this to
accept that I accept the EULA (I check on accept eveytime)?

Not a mjor problem but a nuisance.

Log into the machine as the administrator, accept the EULA. That should take
care of it.

Mezzodiva,
thanks for the response. However, there is only one user on this computer
(who is listed as an administrator)-it is aVista Home Basic so there is not
a user named Administrator.

Unfortunately, it's disabled in Vista by default, and it's complex enough to
re-enable that it may not be worth it...so I posted another article:

Mezzodiva, you were right-I right clicked on the program and chose run as
administrator and all is well
