Excel crashed with ntdll.dll when opening a file

Dears,

My Excel crashed with ntdll.dll when opening a file

Error signature
AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 10.0.6834.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00010f29

I am using Office XP with SP3, Windows XP with SP2.
