Excel data into powerpoint

I have to input certain data from an excel file quarterly into a powerpoint
presentation. I want to avoid errors and also save time by doing this. Is
there a way to import/merge this data?

Link your data.

Format your data in Excel so that it looks the way you want it -- font,
color, etc.

Then, copy the Excel data, and paste it into PPT as a Linked Excel Worksheet
object. As long as the Excel file name and location stays the same, the
object will always be able to update.

Greetings! The solution to your issue is quite simple, just follow these steps:

To begin, open your presentation.
Then, navigate to the "Insert" tab.
Next, select "Object" from the "Text Group" and choose "Create from File."
Find and select your Excel file by browsing through your computer.
I have used this solution successfully for many years. 😉
