Excel hanged in Terminal server session

Hello
Could somebody help me solving this problem.
I'm useing server 2003, office pro 2003 and in a session of terminal server
in received the following message:
Hanging application EXCEL.EXE, version 11.0.6560.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000

In advance thanks a lot for your help
