excel hanged in TS client session

Hello
Could somebody help me solving this problem.
I'm using one server 2003 playing the role of a Terminal Server, with office
pro 2003.
Sometime a user in a client TS session hanged in excel or Word or Outlook.
As administrator in the event log i have the following message:
Hanging application EXCEL.EXE, version 11.0.6560.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000
