Hi There,
I set up my exchange account on my tower and followed the same steps on my laptop. However, the inbox now says not connected. Its started to connect and populated about 1/2 of my contact, and started on my email, but now it stopped and just says not connected. I tried to delete the account and re-add but then it doesn't download anything at all. I did clear the cache as I saw this in a forum, but am not sure if this affected it one way or another.

Please help!

See what happens if you use Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... to
create a new identity and set up your account in it. If the problem
happens again the you most likely have a corrupt mail message or contact
record. You'll have to log in to your account via Outlook Web Access
(OWA) and compare what you see in Entourage to its list. Corrupt items
usually stick out (large attachments, odd characters, etc.).

Hope this helps!

Hi... Can you also check whether network settings are proper...

Open terminal and type the following command
If above command returns connected, then the network is proper and the issue is with Entourage..
