Failed To Load Resource DLL

Started receiving the error message "Failed to Load
Resource DLL" c:program files\common files\
system\oledb\oledb32r.dll when opening Outlook 2000 after
download the lastest Windows XP patch. My oledb32r.dll
is version 2.70.7713.0.

After clearing the error message, Outlook will open and
function, but if I click on Outlook Today the error
message will reappear.

Any help is appreciated.
