Filemaker Pro to Acces??

The company I work for is thinking about migrating from Filemaker Pro to
Access. Is is possible to take the databases that are setup for Filemaker
Pro and convert them to work with Access?

Yes and no, mostly no.

You can import the *data* in the FMP tables into Access tables. They will
probably need some restructuring, since FMP tables can contain calculated
fields (which need to be managed using Queries in Access rather than in
tables; also Access is considerably more fully relational than FMP).

The user interface, data entry screens, reports etc. will need to be totally
redone. The entire design philosophy is different for the two programs, and
there is no way to take a FMP data screen and convert it into an Access form.
