Hi,

I saw a recent post on the fact that 2008 entourage doesn't show free/busy time in people's schedules when you arrange a meeting (I have the same issue).

<http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Entourage/6196/0>

The post mentioned that the request seemed to be getting sent incorrectly. While that's all a bit beyond my level of technical expertise, is there a fix or work around that solves this that anyone is aware of?

I'm running Entourage 2008 (12.1.5) on Mac OS X (10.5.6), using an Exchange 2007 account.

As you mentioned that you are connecting to an Exchange 2007 with Entourage
2008, this combination uses autodiscover service to pull free and busy
information in Entourage. Now you need to check if your autodiscover is
working fine.

Can you setup OOF (Out of Office) from your Entourage?

thanks,
Pawan

Just testing!!
Change your Mac OS timezone, also change time zone in Entourage
preferences.. now check your free n busy info
