french thesaurus NOT required

I do not use, need, or want ANYTHING to do with French, so why am I REQUIRED
to waste huge amounts of time on a dial-up line downloading 3MB of utterly
unwanted junk?

MS needs to recategorize this as an OPTIONAL download for Office 2003!
