I need to get a key code to finish the install process on my laptop (have a
copy of my desktop) but will be traveling for 8 weeks and need to take it
with me. The key code I have isn't accepted. I'm a genuine user and even
the version 98 (tossed out 2002 version). I have a note on the CD envelope
"need to call for install code or use on Internet". Don't what number to
call nor where on the Internet to get this. During the software install it
doesn't allow for an Internet link to have it downloaded as easily as some of
the other Microsoft products I own.
I also have Expression Web v. 1 and 2, however, can't seem to learn it (I've
been trying for a year, and I'm computer savvy).
How do I go about getting a new key code? I need it quickly, I'm leaving in
a few days.
