Generating Site Map Hangs

I am trying to generate a web site map in Vision 2003. The process seems to
get started as indicated by the progress bar on levels, but then hangs?

how many links to non-existent sites are involved? how deep are you asking
it to go? does your firewall allow these types of chasing connections?

I am only going 2 levels deep. It is an internal SharePoint site that I
created and use.

Sounds like the program is attempting to communicate and is waiting on the
network. I'd start by checking how the system is setup for firewall.
