Groove 2007 - Importing account profile

Hi

I recently had my computer reformatted and am in the process of
importing my Groove account profile, however it asks me for a password
and I definately didn't setup a password with this account profile. I
had the same issue a couple of years ago and I had to create a new
profile so I made sure that there was no password involved. I have
also tried every possible password combination that I may have used
and it doesn't like any of them.

I can't start again as I'm the only one with access to all sites for
our team.

I would really appreciate help on this

Hi Rosa,

If you are getting prompted for a password, then a password was definitely
associated with the account file. When you created your new account without
the password, did you then create a new backup account file? Are you sure
you are using an account file for the new account and not the old one?
