Groove 2007 Trial

I have loaded the full version on my PC and then I asked my remote sales
agent to download the trial version so that he could assess the value of the
product with me.

His download was unsuccessful in so far as it was reported that a) he had to
upgrade (even though he installed the correct 2007 groove link) and then he
still received a version error. Someone else must have seen this, is there a
solution please?
