I'm using Project 2010. Newbie question: is there a way to group
existing people resources into a "team"? I want to have individuals
work on tasks separately, but then be able to group them into a team
for when they need to work on something together.
I understand I can only allocate a resource to a project once, so is
there a way to achieve this? Thank you.
