Help me - transfer problems

Hello,

I'll go through this step by step so that anyone reading this will know
exactly what i've done and won't ask me to try the same step again.

After upgrading to beta: my invitations have memory access errors including:

Invalid access to memory location.

HRESULT: 0x800703e6
Process: GROOVE.EXE (ID: 3676 (0x00000e5c))
Thread ID: 800 (0x0000320)
Date:

and

minimum telespace template setting
'http://components.groove.net/Groove...TelespaceTemplate_TPL&Version=16&Factory=Open'
is not satisfied by version '15'.

When I have had invites work (when i was in version 3.1) i couldn't recieve
any data or if i could it was only about 1mb per 2 minutes.

All of my contacts appear to be offline when they are online (i've added
them so that they're not old accounts)

YES i have used GrooveClean.exe! it only seems to mess things up more as
before i used it, i didn't recieve the above errors.

I've gone so far as to wipe my hard drive and reinstall groove numerous
times, I've called microsoft, my ISP and Groove (which has no tech support -
including the trial email support). My ISP says i hve no connection problems
which i believe since i can still do everything else, Microsoft has no tech
support for beta yet - especially groove since they just aquired it for Beta.
and i have searched all groove databases i can find including this message
board and while lately some people have been coming close, no one has
reported my exact problem.

The rest of my company has upgraded to Beta and since then i have had
nothing but these problems though they have reported none.

I love groove and would really like to continue to use this product.

I ask that if anyone has any solutions that they respond to this message.
EVEN if SUPPORT DOESN'T have any answers, could you please respond as such?

Hi Rex,

From your description, since you have formatted your computer and reinstall
Groove for many times, I think this issue should not related to the Groove
program. As a test I would like to suggest that you can create a new trial
version Groove Account in Groove 2007 Beta and test this issue in the new
account.

Add some contacts to the new account. Can you see them online?
Let other contact send a invitation to you. Can you download the workspace
to your computer?

If things are working fine in the new account, I think the issue is caused
by your old Groove Account. You may need to re-create a account to resolve
this issue.

Hi,

Groove 2007 has some restrict of invite people from early Groove version.
You can open preference and find an option of restrict. Uncheck that option
might be help.
