This product was preinstalled on my system when I got my new computer. The
problem I'm having is I cant get a product key for it. When I click on the
icon on my desktop for it and then get the Microoft Office activation box.
Then I click on "click here to request your trial activation key online" it
keeps telling me I have no internet connection which I do have. I have
contacted Microsoft many times and they keep sending me the URL to go to the
request activation key. Then when I go there and am directed to a new page to
Get Trial Key there is no list at the bottom of the page to choose from to
get my activation key. What do I do now to get my trial activation key so I
can try this product.
