How can I install MS Query into Office 2003

Our work system has recently changed to Office 2003 and when I open Excel and
then go to edit a query thats allready set up (preferably in the wizard mode)
it starts to think and "install from Office 2003", then I get an error
message saying "Error 2709. An internal error has occurred.
({BF83B991-DF02-11D1-9395-00A0C90F27F9}) Then an another message pops up
saying qery is open but busy, and I can't use the wizard.

Please help!

always do a full install whenever you install office

bitch out your network admin for being lazy
