Internal Error 2709 Outlook 2003

Hello

We have a user that has W2K with SP4, Office 2000 with SP3 and Outlook 2003

She has a specific SQL query that fails every time with Error 2709. An internal error has occurred
{BF83B991-DF02-11D1-9395-00A0C90F27F9

I have also installed MDAC 2.7 on this PC and it still fails

What can be done to get this corrected??? Please help
