How do I change a business card to a postcard

I created a business card in Publisher. Now I want to use my business card to
create a postcard. When I change the size of the document, my text and
graphics appear in a side bar. It is a lot of stuff to have to reposition it
all. Is there a way to take my business card and make it into a postcard?
Can my business card be made bigger in one step?

Don't know if the results will work for you but it is worth a try.

With the business card on the screen, do a File SaveAs and select the file
type as .PNG, .WMF, .EMF, or .BMP (try each to see which gives the best
output.)

Create your new postcard and insert the picture created in the first step
and resize to the full size needed using the corner drag handles if needed.
You won't be able to edit the image on the postcard but I have used this
method in the past to shrink a poster to smaller sizes. Hopefully you won't
lose too much resolution when you enlarge from business card to postcard
size.
