How do I view a ruler in OneNote?

How do I view a ruler in OneNote? OneNote help demostrates how to show or
hide a tool bar while teasing me with a picture of a Publisher document that
has both vertical and horizontal ruler but I cannot find how to view one in a
OneNote note. Exasperating??

There isn't a ruler in OneNote. Sorry ;)

Publisher is an editing application; OneNote is not. There are a lot of
advanced editing features that are not in OneNote. That's on purpose.
