How do you create a Master Project Plan in 2003?

Hi,

I asked this question a couple of weeks ago but I didn't get a good reply or
something that I could easily function or see visually in MS-Project Server.

So my question is: How do you create a Master Project Plan in MS-Project
Server 2003? Could you outline the steps needed to create this file?

Thanks! I appreciate any help!

1) Create a Blank Project
2) Insert Project (You do have a option to insert project as read-only or
read-write)
3) You can insert as many Projects as you want...
4) Save the Project (Here is your master project)

In addition to Gauravs post, please refrain from publishing master projects
in 2003, as this will likely create duplicate assignments.

Hi, Paul,

Do you mean in Project Server 2007, Publish Master project will not create a
duplicate assignments?

Thanks in advance,

Once the Master Project is created in EPS 2003 - is there anyway to see it in
PWA listing?

My experience so far has been that unless the project is published it will
not be accessible via PWA.
