How obtain 'Account Configuration Code'?

A partner company contact has downloaded a 60-day trial version of Groove.
Via email they've recieved our invitation to join our workspace. But when
installing the trial version they need to give an account configuration code?
How do we get that to them or workaround it?

Are you trying to have them use Groove using the Microsoft Managed
Groove servers or are you trying to have them utilise a Groove
infrastructure you might have with internal relays?
