How to connect Publisher 2003 to printer driver?

I'm trying to make some business cards on Publisher 2003, but every time I
try to print, it says "cannot load printer driver". Word will print, as will
everything else.
I've tried to contact both Dell and Microsoft- no help.
Any suggestions?

What model printer? Is it a Dell printer? Does Dell have updated printer
drivers?

Go to the manufacturer's web site of your printer and look for support documents
and updated drivers.
