1.) Create a hyperlink to the page/paragraph you want to be reached
(target), use the right-mouse context-menu;
2.) on the page(a) where from you want to reach the target insert the
hyperlonk (with Edit | Paste [Ctrl+V/Ctrl+Ins).
And also how can in the future create link from a word or a sentance
to a page and also to a subpage.

The same way.

What you want is creating a hyperlink to an existing page.
It's a backward procedure, starting from the target:

1. Go to your target page
2. Set the cursor at the target postion or click on a target note
3. Right click on the target position/note
4. click "Create hyperlink to ..."
5. Go to the page and postion where you want to place the hyperlink
6. Just right click and Paste

Now you have a hyperlink with text from ON. You can now right click it,
choose Hyperlink ... and change the displayed link text to e.g.
"Development Tools".
