HTTP 404 - File Not Found Error Message

I am using WS_FTP to transfer my web site from my PC to the Host computer. My
home page shows up, but the other pages do not show. The HTTP 404 error
message appears when I try to access the other pages. Do the files, folders,
and sub-folders need to be in the same order and location on the Host
computer as they are on my PC? The Website URL is:
http://hauptsvalleyfarm.mystarband.net/

Thanks very much.

Links in the home page are all pointing to the HMV folder. However, all
the pages are in the root (same folder as the home page).

The files and folders on the website need to have the same structure as
on the PC.

Your Home page on the website is named Default.htm, not index.htm - all
links to the Home Page are pointing to index.htm, and the buttons are
also linked to names including index.htm as part of the name.

In FrontPage, rename the home page to Default.htm, and upload the page
again. Also upload the _derived folder and contents located in the same
folder as the home page - you won't ever see the _derived folder in
FrontPage, but you may in WS_FTP.

FrontPage will change the name of a default page (home page) to suit the
list of acceptable names configured in the server, without telling you
it has done that, though WS_FTP does not have that feature.

Initially my home page was named index.htm. When Starband told me they would
only accept default.htm as the home page, I renamed my home page to
default.htm. In FrontPage, all of the page hyperlinks point to default.htm.
In navigation view, all pages are under default.htm. Is there another place I
need to change the home page name from index.htm to default.htm?
