HTTP 404

The links are pointing to files your hard drive on your local pc, not the
web server. You need to fix all the links to point inside your web.

Make sure you have a web created and open in FP before creating pages and
links on pages.

Thank you for your help. I am not sure how to make sure the files are
pointed inside the web. I open FP and publish the site...any tips???

Thanks so much!!!

You open the "web" in FrontPage; File > open > Web

All files in that folder (collectively) in FP terms are known as 'webs'. FP
doesn't work with individual files - or at least not with the problems such
as you're facing.

The issue with the links pointing locally to files suggest you didn't have a
web open.

Hi Janet,

Your pages are on the server from what I can see - but your menu hyperlinks
are not pointed correctly.

1/Your menu hyperlink to the CONTACT should be :
http://www.capecodpal.org/contact.html

You currently have:
http://www.capecodpal.org/C:/Documents and Settings/Mike/Desktop/PAL NEW/public_html/contact.html

The 'stuff' in the middle is trying to point the link to the files on your
hard drive and should be removed.

2/ Secondly your menu links are mixed up - eg ACTIVITIES is pointing to your
index [home page] and PARENT INFO is pointing to contact? You will need to
resort them.

Hope this helps.

Steve
